PECS was responsible for stability projects and special installations for a commercial area in Arrifes, Ponta Delgada.

 

The building consists of a ground floor with a construction area of ​​3500 m2 and 10 000 m2 of exterior surroundings.

Various specialties were involved, from project coordination, excavation and peripheral containment, stability, hydraulic installations, electrical and communications installations, avac, centralized technical management, acoustic and thermal behavior to streets.
